Personal Resume
I was born in Amman, Jordan and have lived in the United States for five years. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Amman. After graduation I assisted in consular duties at the Irish Consulate in Jordan. I was involved in Diplomatic Liaison and Coordination of Commercial issues between Irish & Jordanian Companies. This experience has influenced me in my personal and professional life. When you are dealing with two different cultures you learn to see things from different perspectives and negotiate accordingly. This has helped me significantly in my real estate career. Buyers and Sellers usually see things differently. Sometimes it is almost like two different countries entering into an agreement. Because of my experience I have learned to bridge differences to my clients’ advantage. I work for my clients’ best interests, working with Bellevue Real Estate Listings, while also making the other party feel good about their part. This is what makes a smooth transaction.
I am recently married and my wife Kristina and I live in Redmond with our three dogs. Kristina is an important part of my business as she handles all of my marketing and has been in the real estate business since 1995. I am an active member in my church and community and sponsor activities such as concerts for cultural theory, which promotes the international arts.
As a real estate professional I take pride in helping people build their dreams through homeownership. While I have made my home on the eastside I continue to be active in both the Metropolitan Seattle and Eastside markets.
