Here are a couple of examples of what my past client's have to say....

My fiancée and I met Samir at an open house we attended about two months after we had begun looking for a home.  At that time we were coming to grips with the vast differences between the Bellevue/Kirkland market and the Florida market.  We had begun to realize that finding a home that fit our needs within a certain price range was going to be a far more difficult task than we anticipated.

We decided to work with Samir and he quickly helped us broaden our search to include communities in addition to Bellevue and Kirkland.  He was very generous with his time ferreting out possible listings, speaking with us at least daily (often, several times the same day), and taking my fiancée and me around to show us homes we wished to consider. We literally spent weeks in his car getting to know neighborhoods, looking at properties and evaluating our options.  He became well oriented to our needs, was well prepared with comparable properties, and was knowledgeable about market conditions. When the Seattle region suffered wind and snow storms in November and December, we didn’t stop our search for a home because Samir was willing to persevere through the bad weather and accompany us to view properties.  When we traveled out of the Seattle area over the holidays, but nevertheless wanted to continue negotiations on a home in Kirkland, Samir was available by phone, fax and email regardless of his personal schedule.

 As we became more confident about our choices, Samir helped us probe property pricing by supporting us through several offers that did not result in a sale. Other brokers might have become frustrated and would have abandoned working with us, but Samir did not do that. Instead, he patiently supported our decisions every step of the way and through the process of making these offers helped us adapt to a much more competitive market than was the case in Florida.  Eventually, we closed an agreement on a home and purchased it. He was available throughout the entire closing process and made the final transaction as smooth as possible under the circumstances.

We would highly recommend Samir especially to those people who find themselves in sticker shock in the Bellevue/Kirkland/Redmond market but who nonetheless must fine a high quality home to complete their relocation.  He is a very patient realtor who, in our opinion, is professional, engaging, well-prepared, straightforward and dedicated to his clients.  He invested generous amounts of time getting to know us and our needs, he assisted us through several difficult negotiations, hung in there with us, and eventually, helped us with the negotiation and purchase of our home.  We were very pleased with his work and would recommend him to other relocating employees.
